1.  Security Gating:

Update 14th July
Work is in progress on the revised plans for the gating.  The drawings have been received and the submission is now in the hands of expert planners and surveyors.

2.  Redecoration

Update 14th July
We have been told that the only outstanding paintwork is on some balconies that were missed. The water damage in Enterprise house will be done under the insurance once it has fully dried.

3.  Bicycle Stores

Update 14th July
Following a meeting witht the Concierge, it has been proposed that bike racks are to be installed in the garage.  Two potential areas to create racks for 50-100 bikes bave been identified.  The thought is that these racks would replace the bicycle stores and residents could lock up their bikes on a first-come-first-serve basis.

4.  Steam Cleaning

Steam cleaning of the outside paving continues.
